Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes — register number 612847. You can verify us on gassaferegister.co.uk. Any gas work carried out at your property will be signed off by a Gas Safe engineer, by law.
Do you provide a written quote?

For anything larger than an hour's work we come out, look at the job, and send a written quote within 24 hours. Call-outs for diagnostics are £85 and that's deducted from the final cost if you go ahead with the work.
What areas do you cover?

Our usual radius is Islington, Hackney, Haringey, Camden and the bits of Enfield just north of Haringey. We go further for larger installs — call to ask.
Are you insured?

Yes. £5m public liability through Hiscox. Policy document available on request.
Do you charge extra for weekends?

Saturday rates are the same as weekday. Out-of-hours and Sunday callouts carry a £95 call-out premium.
