Dani Fenton started the business in 2011 after fifteen years working for other firms. Her son Nick joined in 2016; Priya in 2019. We've stayed deliberately small — enough to do a bathroom refit without subcontracting, and small enough that the same person who quotes a job turns up to do it.

How we work
01 · You call
Jen takes the call and gets the basics down. If you're on fire we send someone. If you're not, we book you in — usually within the same working week for non-urgent jobs.
02 · We come look
For a small repair we fix it on the spot. For a larger install we take photos, measurements, and your preferences — then send a written quote within one working day.
03 · We do the work
Dust sheets down, old parts out neatly, new parts commissioned and tested. Nothing left behind that we wouldn't want left in our own home.
04 · You pay what we quoted
If something changes during the job — a hidden leak, a missing isolation valve — we stop and tell you before adding to the bill. Our quotes don't quietly grow.
